We originally travelled through Panama as tourists, looking for a beautiful place where we might eventually settle and make our home. When we discovered La Maracuya, we immediately fell in love with the property and the surrounding nature. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to purchase it and make it our residence.

Because we appreciate this place so much, we decided that when we are away travelling ourselves, the two small guest casitas in the garden may occasionally be available for travellers passing through the area.

La Maracuya is a private residence. The guest casitas are occasionally made available to visitors when the owners are away and do not constitute a permanent commercial lodging activity.
